Big Island police are searching for a 17-year-old Kona girl who was reported missing.

Aisha Freitas was last seen Tuesday at Konawaena High School, according to the Hawaii Police Department. She is described as 5 feet 3 to 5 inches tall, weighing about 110 pounds with brown eyes, black wavy hair and a fair complexion. She may be in the Kona area.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Officer Clive Okino at 326-4646, ext. 276, or the department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 329-8181 in Kona or 961-8300 in Hilo. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
